5K a year 12 days ago 12 days ago 12 days ago TriValley Primary Care currently has an opening for a Full-time Patient Accounts Receivable clerk at our Central Business Office in Perkasie! TriValley is a Family group practice with approximately 50 providers.
This position is for a Patient Accounts Receivable clerk whose job duties include but are not limited to:
Contact patients regarding outstanding balances via telephone, letters, and portal messaging.
Assist patients with any billing issues, verify correct insurance, and that the patient's claim was processed properly.
Process unpaid balances for collections firm as needed.
This position is Full time 40 hours per week:
Monday and Friday 8am-4pm, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday 9am-5pm.
TriValley has offices in both Montgomery and Bucks Counties.
Our locations include:
Pennsburg, Quakertown, Sellersville, Perkasie, Souderton, Telford, Harleysville, Lansdale, and Willow Grove.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
