Responsibilities include human resources, customer relations, quality control, and program administration.
Will lead, mentor and support a staff of qualified teachers in the implementation of our programs and the curriculum to our students.
Will ensure compliance with all state regulations and maintain a positive relationship with all compliance agencies.
Will communicate and support our policies and procedures to our Parents and Staff.
Also will develop and actively maintain positive communication with parents.
Candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related education field.
Requires one year of experience as a director or assistant director in a child care school.
Must meet all State requirements for the position.
Knowledge and experience with the Keystone Stars Program is a plus.
