Summary:
Tussock Sedge Farm raises animals for food and works with local artisan vendors to provide our customers with a wide assortment of nutrient-dense pasture raised foods.
Our distribution model is built around orders being submitted through our website (tussocksedgefarm.
com) for customers to pick up on our farm.
The primary responsibility of this position involves accurately and efficiently packing orders and preparing them for customer pick up.
We are looking for an Order Fulfillment Specialist to join our team and help ensure customer satisfaction.
The successful candidate will be responsible for processing orders and managing inventory.
The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, have neat handwriting, be able to work quickly and accurately, and have experience serving the needs of customers.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:
Packing orders of frozen and fresh foods, accurately and efficiently.
Neatly labeling bags and boxes.
Maintain team accuracy & efficency benchmarks.
Picking items from cold storage areas (freezers and coolers).
Receiving inbound inventory.
Managing and counting inventory.
Restocking inventory supplies.
Ensure that all orders are fulfilled in a timely manner.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
NOTE:
Order fulfillment is the main priority and other tasks are to be tackled strategically during downtime.
This position requires working in below freezing temperatures at times.
Requirements:
Ability to work in a highly motivated and collaborative team environment.
Ability to lift boxes weighing up to 50 pounds from the ground or from an overhead shelf.
Proficient technical skills (iPad based order fulfillment software).
Ability to use deductive reasoning.
Willingness to take responsibility for work performed, oversights, and areas of improvement.
Strong ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
A learning spirit.
