Performs duties necessary to provide a uniform and continuous flow of the accounts payable function.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND
Responsibilities:
Assists Accounts Payable staff in the weekly payment of invoices to vendors.
Compares payment request to contracts and processes invoices/requests for payment.
Responsible for scanning invoices and payment requests to record and enter information into the OnBase and Infor/Lawson Systems.
Communicates directly with vendors in the payment of invoices.
Assists County departments with accounts payable payment questions.
Other duties may be assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
